This guide can support your career development with links to online resources for becoming a “career savvy” candidate. The guide can help you to explore industries for job opportunities, identify professional associations for networking, research companies for job interviews, and more! The guide was developed in partnership between the University Career Center and Atkins Library. The University Career Center provides an array of services to students and alumni including individual career advising appointments, mock interviews, self-assessments for career decision making, employer networking events, and Hire-A-Niner for job and internship leads.
Spring Drop-in Hours (no appointment needed):
resume review, cover letter review, or Hire-A-Niner help. More extensive topics, including major/career choice, internships/co-ops, job search, interviewing, CVs, and graduate school applications are covered during appointments.
