The first book in the series that was originally published in 1900. This copy was made in 1903.

The Land of Oz: A Sequel to The Wizard of Oz

Call Number: LU PZ8 B327 M36 1904
The second book in the series and was originally published with the title The Marvelous Land of Oz. This copy was made in 1904.

Ozma of Oz

Call Number: LU PZ8 B327 O98 1907b
The third book in the series. This copy was made in 1907

Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz

The fourth book in the series. This copy was made in 1908 

Th Road to Oz

Call Number: LU PZ7 B327 Ro & LU PZ8.B327 Ro 1909
The fifth book in the series. Special Collections has two copies from 1909, one of which has an inscription dated Christmas 1941.
 

The Emerald City of Oz

The sixth book in the series. This copy was made in 1910

The seventh book in the series. This copy was made in 1913 and is a second printing.

The eighth book in the series. This copy was made in 1914.

The Scarecrow of Oz

The ninth book in the series. This copy was made in 1915. 

 

Rinkitink in Oz

The Lost Princess of Oz

The eleventh book in the series. This copy was made in 1917.

The Tinwoodman of Oz

The twelfth book in the series. This copy was made in 1918 and has the signature of a previous owner dated 1939.

 

The Magic of Oz

Call Number: LU PZ7 B327 Mag 1919
The thirteenth book in the series and was originally published one month after Braum's death. This copy was made in 1919. 

 

Glinda of Oz

Call Number:  LU PZ8 B327 GL 1920 
The fourteenth book in the series and the last one written by Braum. This copy was made in 1920.

The Blue Fairy Book

Call Number: LU PZ8 L15 Bl 1889

Written by Andrew Lang, The Blue Fairy Book contains fairy tales from around the world that Lang compiled. Many of them, such as "Beauty and the Beast," "Cinderella," "Little Red Riding Hood," "Hansel and Gretel," "Aladdin and the Wonderful Lamp," and so on, are now easily recognizable.  

This is a first edition published in 1889. 

St. Nicholas

Call Number: AP201.S3

St. Nicholas Magazine was a periodical published for children in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Issues were released monthly and contained stories and illustrations for various age groups. Several notable authors, such as Mark Twain and Louisa May Alcott, were contributors, and The Jungle Book and A Little Princess got their start in St. Nicholas as serial series. 

UNCC has multiple volumes of St. Nicholas.

Hans Brinker: or, the Silver Skates

Call Number: LU PZ7 D664 H31

Written by Mary Mapes Dodge, a children's author who also served as editor for the magazine St. Nicholas. Hans Brinker: or, the Silver Skates was first written in 1865. At that time, most works of children's literature were meant to simply teach some moral lesson. However, Hans Brinker integrated its message into the plot of the story and was also meant to entertain the reader. 

Created in 1932, this copy includes a colored illustration pasted on the front cover and illustrated endpapers and title page.
