1. Complete a Travel Request Form (online form)
2. Get Approval From Your Supervisor
3.Take your Signed Travel Form to Taylor Ackerman, in Library Administration, to have your travel request processed for payment. Taylor will meet with you to book your hotel, reserve a state car, book airfare, and other travel needs.
Once you return from your workshop or conference
*Within two weeks of your return, complete a Travel Reimbursement Form. Include any receipts for hotel, parking, registration, etc. (any other expenses that you expect to receive reimbursement for)
