The easiest and best way to find decodable books in Atkins Library is to go to the Curriculum and Instruction Materials Center (CIMC) on the second floor. Then go to the elementary reading and language arts section which have call numbers beginning with 02.

The best way to find information texts for PreK-3 students is to go to the CIMC and find the LU section near the west windows. The books are grouped loosely by subject. Topics related to social studies will be found in the following subject sections LU B through LU L. Science and math books will be found in the LU Q section.
