  •  Enter keywords;
  •  Mark "US Newspapers and Wires" and / or "Non-US Newspapers and Wires" and /or "Major Newspapers" (unmark "Newspapers);
  •  Specify dates (if desired)'
  •  Click "Search"

  • Select "North Carolina News Resources" or "United States" or "The World";
  • If you selected "United States", select a state;
  • Mark the box to the left of the newspaper(s) you want;
  • HINT: Select the newspaper from the state capitol
  • Enter keywords;
  • HINT: You can use the pull-down menus to change from searching the entire text of the article to the "Lead/First Paragraph";
  • Click "Search"
