Government Maps
- Our collection emphasizes North Carolina and the South, with political and road maps for every state. We also have World maps and geologic maps.
- We have 1:24,000 topographic quadrangles for North Carolina and the surrounding states.
- Most maps are received through the U.S. depository from the U.S. Geological Survey and the Central Intelligence Agency. A few maps such as city street maps and state road maps are purchased from independent map vendors.
- The map collection is arranged geographically and by type of map.
