LGBTQ Literary Chronology Presentation Assignment

Your research assignment asks you to explore an impactful text, author, or event taken from the LGBTQ Literary Chronology.

According to your assignment guide, your presentation must "include a thorough explanation of the figure/author, text, or event and an analysis of the historical and political significance of the chosen topic. Simple informative summary will not receive a passing grade."

There are two different paths of research this assignment will require you to explore:

  1. In-depth research on the figure/author, text, or event that you've chosen.
  2. The historical and political context in which this figure/author, text, or event takes place and it's impact upon it.

This guide provides resources and strategies to tackle both requirements of this assignment. If you have questions or are unsure of where to start, feel free to contact me. Research is hard and we are here to help you out!
