Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP)

The federal government established a system of depository libraries in 1813.  J. Murrey Atkins Library became a selective depository library in 1964. As a selective depository we determine which publications of the government should be added to our collection.  Our selection rate is 46%. 

Use Metalib http://metalib.gpo.gov, a federated search engine that searches multiple U.S. Federal government databases to retrieve reports, articles, and citations.
